The Office of the Controller General
of Patents Designs and Trademarks has invited comments from stakeholders on the
Draft Treaty on Industrial Design Law within 30 days from May 18, 2012. Two links have been
provided on the official website of the IPO which relate to the reports of the
standing committee of the WIPO on the law of trademarks industrial designs and geographical
indications.
I haven't had the opportunity so
far to peruse the reports of the Standing Committee, however, in case I find
something interesting in the reports, I shall blog on them.
