Reportedly,
Apple has filed another suit against Samsung in the US claiming that Samsung’s
recent release Galaxy SIII infringes its patents. The new suit too appears to
have been filed before the Northern District Court of California. More details
are awaited, which I shall share with readers as and when I have them.

ReplyDeleteApple lost its appeal of a ruling against Samsung wherein Court of Appeal upheld a British High Court judgement that despite some similarities, Samsung did not infringe APPLE's design, in part because its products were "not as cool"
The decision of the Court of Appeal is valid throughout Europe and will act as a "prohibitor" to end further legal disputes between the giants.
In principle, an Appeal to the Supreme Court is possible by Apple.
